Below are frequently asked questions regarding Attendance Enterprise:

Q: Where Did My Employee Tree Go?

A: In Attendance Enterprise, if you accidentally close the employee tree, you can go to" View | Folder List" and it will reappear.


Q: My punches have stopped auto collecting, what can I do?

A: If AE had been collecting them via "Autotask", go to "Start|Program Files|Attendance Enterprise|Autotask" & click Autotask, this should start the autopolling back up.  If this doesn't work, please call a B4 Time Technician.


Q: My Employees are still punching on a Handpunch Biometric Clock and its taking their punches,  but I don't see them in the software. Where are the punches?

A: They are still in the clock.  The actual timeclock holds the punches until the next successful poll into AE.  If the employees can still punch on a handpunch, then its just a communications issue between the software and the clock, and as soon as that issue is resolved, you should see all of your punches.
